Wine Details
Tasting Notes
Aromas of tropical fruit, ripe pineapple, exotic banana, and a touch of juicy pink grapefruit. On the palate, a rich mouthfeel is accompanied by supple notes of lemon meringue, crisp pears, and vanilla custard. The finish is lengthy with memorable layers of citrus and stone fruit.
Winemaker Notes
Winemaker Notes
The advantage of Lodi's consistent Mediterranean climate, especially during peak summer months seeing light from the moment the sun rises to the last second of each day, is that it is dependably dry and warm with little risk of the kind of damp or wet weather that typically can wreak havoc (like grape rot). In 2022, the last of Lodi's white wine grapes were picked by mid-September.
